We de-emphasise competitiveness among the students. Percentage and ranks in the
classes are not worked out and instead top 2 in various subjects in all classes
are awarded prizes.
Class VI - VIII
There is a continuous evaluation system through 5 unit tests in an academic session.
For the term test and the annual test assignment marks are also added. Assignment
marks are the average marks obtained in the home-work the class tests and the project
work done during the vacations.
Class IX and Class XI
Three Term examination system. Assignment marks are the average marks obtained in
the home-work, the class tests. Practical examination is conducted in the 2nd term
exam and the annual exam. The weightage of various exams is as follows –

1st Term Exam – 20%

Class X and Class XII

The students who are not able to perform well in the Pre-Board Exam are given a
re-test before the board Exam.
