On 27th January 2010, the 2nd invitational basketball tournament was held at AFBBS in which 2 of our school teams took part i.e. the under 14 boys team and under 19 boys team. In both the categories 12 teams participated. Both our school teams fought their way to the finals of the tournament in their respective categories. The under 14 boys team, in the finals easily defeated their opponent team (DPS Vasant Kunj) and on the other hand, the under 19 boys team gave a tough fight to their opponents which was the home team (AFBBS) but lost in the finals. Under -14 boy’s team defeated Vasant Valley, TAFS and Bal Bharti to reach the finals and in finals defeated DPS Vasant Kunj to lift the trophy.

In the U-19 category our school was declared the runner up. Also ABHINAV ASSIJA was declared the ‘Best Player’ in the U-14 boys category.

The U-14 boys team consisted of :- Abhinav Assija, Rohan, Pankaj, Aditya, Achal , Sarthak, Abhijeet, Sarvesh, Divyan, Prateek, Shubham and Zarak.

The U-19 boys team consisted of :-Amitabh, Naman Sisodia, Akshay, Uchit, Hemant , Shashank, Lokesh, Debashish, Amit, Anjan, Dhruv, Dushyant and Anurag.
